Super aggressive ghost or glitchy map?

My friend & I were playing the ridgeview map, we were outside the house on the porch area whilst he was AFK, the ghost starts doing events, the spooky breath, appearing & then, it starts hunting non stop, no one else was inside as the only two players playing, were outside.

I watched as it got stuck on the inside of the window, the door & the kitchen hallway trying to get to us with its tiny murderous hands, failing to do so.

All i could say on the matter was "This ♥♥♥♥♥ be aggressive!"

Has anyone else come across this?

Ghosts never do events or hunts if no one is inside the location. If it hunts and no one is inside, it ends almost immediately.

This can be one of three things:
1. Someone was standing in an extremely specific spot where the game thinks you're inside the house
2. Someone is cheating/hacking
3. The event bugged out the map (happened to me before on Tanglewood, all props were jammed in the middle of the house, front door was missing, and I could walk out during a hunt.)

I also think the event bugged some ghosts, specifically the mimic. The other I was streaming and this ghost gave Wraith, Banshee, and the Demon vibes. I popped a sanity med that put me back at 98% sanity. The thing tried to hunt but burned a crucifix. I was certain at that point it was a demon, even though throughout the house it avoided salt. Turned out to be a Hantu which everywhere I read cannot hunt at 98% sanity.
