マルチプレイができない - Multiplayer is not available.

友人とマルチプレイをしようとしたところ、部屋が見つからずにマッチができませんでした。
マルチプレイからサーバーを確認しても、ほかのプレイヤーがほとんどいなかったりと、どうやらサーバーにうまく接続できていない模様です。

どうすればマルチプレイができるようになりますか？

When I tried to play multiplayer with a friend, I could not find a room and could not get a match.
When I checked the server from Multiplayer, there were almost no other players, and it seems that im not connected to the server properly.

How can I get multiplayer to work?
