Anything with the [Electronic] Tag will attract the ghost if it is out and active - the T2 and T3 photo cameras both have this tag.
The T1 camera meanwhile does not have this tag, but the ghost will still be attracted to it if a photo is taken nearby. This effect can even linger after the photo is taken, if you quickly swap off of it (this is not intended behavior however, and can be fixed by simply taking another photo with it)
In not so many words - the T3 Camera is in fact considered an Electronic, and should be put away during a hunt, otherwise the ghost will be able to find you.
Because if it's more than two seconds, then the bug should in theory be fixed by proxy... as it becomes impossible to swap quick enough for the bug to occur
It's the time the camera needs to take the photos (3 seconds for T1, 2 seconds for T2 and 1 second for T3)
