And while they're at it, they're also reevaluating which parts of a map work well and which are problematic and in that regard bleasdale is definitely one of the worst small maps, especially due to the attic, the upper hallway and the strange kitchen/dinning room setup.
And in my opinion it's the 2nd worst small map after Point Hope and i'm really looking forward to an update that tackles all the problems with it.
Brownstone High School is also another bad map nobody likes playing also.
Surely the developers can introduce the updated map while still making the old map available to play....? That isn't complicated to do -and I think this is a great suggestion. Simply leave the old level available and provide the new one alongside it, even if just for a limited time while any teething troubles are sorted out. The game is still "early access" and so it's not unreasonable to have a 'Bleasdale' and 'Bleasdate(Old Map)' option on the cork-board.
I quite like the High School except that there are all those books and things strewn about that can't be interacted with. I've had times where I've needed to find items for the ghost to interact with and struggled to find "real" objects to pile into the ghost room - very frustrating. I'd love to see Brownstone updated eventually (but not at the expense of new maps).
