How to turn off Motion Blur?
So I'm seeing all other options i want to turn off, but i can't seem to find anything on the Motion Blur for the normal desktop version of the game. Am i just not sure where to look? I can't find any config files or anything in the folders, and i can't seem to find anything in the game itself. Please help, the motion blur is atrocious.

There's no motion blur to begin with, as far as i can tell from my footage.

its garbage and should have never been added to the game to begin with.
