Local Couch Coop possible?
Want to buy the game to play it with my gf from 1 pc with 2 wireless controllers. Is this possible :)?

No. You need 2 separate Steam accounts.
There is no split screen mode. And I'm not really sure if modern PC games have anything that resembles it.
I think that is a thing for console games, but not PC games. And Phasmophobia is strictly PC game.

One player use one steam account, so imo it won't be possible. Unless you can set VM two account, two display in one pc.

Yeah, you could with virtual machines and 2 displays, but it would be a pain to set up... That being said if you did set it up you could then use it for any other game! You'd still need to own 2 copies of anything you wanted to play together.
