Player:
Sanity 0, Sanity Restoration 25%, Sanity drain speed, 2. Sprinting off, Flashlights on, lose items on death: On.
Ghost:
Ghost speed 150%, Roaming freq and changing fav room: High. Interaction amount and Event freq: Low. Friendly Ghost off, Grace Period 0, hunt duration high, Evidence given: 0
Contract: Setup time 0, Weather Heavy Rain, Doors starting open high (though you can choose medium as its currently broken.) Number of hiding spaces: none, both monitors are off. Fuze box is set to Broken. Cursed Possesions 2, choose Summoning Circle and Ouija Board.
I recommend to bring a camera and candle and maybe smudge stick in case its a Rev or some other fast ghost. Ghost currently gets stuck in the chapel, so you can just close the chapel door and leave to find the bone after asking on ouija. :)

Obviously in that difficulty you want to still find the ghost, preferably on small maps, so that you don't need to walk around that much and get the ghost fast early. The high interaction frequency ensures, that you find the ghost early fast and from there on it should pump out the evidences within like a few minutes.
Monitors are on here, so that you can keep an eye on sanity (especially helpful in case you've a Jinn or Oni) and maybe find the emf5-signal from the emf monitor (you can also switch the monitors off, if you don't need it, but the multiplier for that isn't really that big to begin with).
Also it's up to you, if you want to set the breaker to be broken, but i personally leave it on for convenience, because it makes bringing items into the house and keeping your sanity high way easier, without blocking parts of your inventory with candles and lighters constantly.
Obviously it's not as high as Psychos money difficulty, but is easier to pull off for those, who can't find the ghost in a 0-Evidence scenario and who don't want to just constantly run around sunny meadows to find bones.
he actually changed event freq to high later on
Yeah, that's definitely some preference thing there. Can make it easier to get a ghost photo, but someone, who isn't as good in finding evidence might be more in danger with that setting^^ I personally just leave it at low, because when i farm money, i'm usually less focused and might to something else at the same time like watching videos.
You're refering to psychos difficulty. The one from Insym only nets you ~800 $ minus 150 $ for each not fullfilled objective. So ultimately with that strategy it's definitely worth going for the ghost, especially since half the objectives need quite some time or luck anyway.
And in the end it's up to you, if you only want to go for the big money like psycho or if you want at least some little challenge like Insym and i definitely trade in some income for more fun and diversity (especially since money and level doesn't really matter anyway at some point)
yeah? Like what do you think i've posted Insyms money setting up there?
Obviously it's not as much per run as psychos setup, but not everybody wants to play on Sunny meadows, might not want to search the bone repeatedly for hours or might not be as confident in summoning the ghost (especially once the chapel bug gets fixed). And 10k $ per hour is still enough to be considered a money strat at that point.
In the end i've posted it for some more options, so that OP can choose themselves, which setup they want to use or if they want to switch between those strats, if one gets boring.
