What is the radius of electronics to a raiju

The ghost that i encountered was a raiju. i had electronics on in the living room but throughout the hunts, the speed seemed consistently fast with random drop of speed. i've done Raiju tests in the past, and they seemed to have been consistent. So does the Raiju speed up when it's within a certain radius of the electronics or as long as the electronics is in the room the speed will take effect as soon as the raiju steps into the room?

"During hunts, if the Raiju is within a certain distance of at least one piece of active electronic equipment, it will move at a fixed speed of 2.5 m/s:[1]

Small map: 6m
Medium map: 8m
Large map: 10m"

Also the easier to confirm 100% test is to not have electronics around, and then turn on a flashlight or whatever as it hunts, then the sudden burst of speed is very obvious. Obviously do that at a looping point.
