how to use ghost writing VR?

I am trying to test run the game with my Quest
and im trying to get the conroll scheme figured out.

something i still dont understand is: you know how you cant just drop the notebook on the floor if you want the ghost to write in it?
how do i that properly when playing in VR mode? becuse i could not find the right button.

should be L2 or R2 if I can remember I have a quest 2 and I believe its L2 or R2
