Well, maybe you should pay them more money, if you want them to finish specific things within specific time frames.
Probably not for another year or 2. It’s not this year and it won’t be in the summer next year.
The roadmap doesn't have any dates, because it's hard to predict these things anyway.
Hell, the current one is already out of date anyway... but this is because the Eventide update got so massive that it forced its way into being version 0.10 instead of what was listed... not because of any significant delays or other issues.
anything to defend a crumb of criticism.
I rather want quality updates, not rushed ones, just because someone had made up an arbitrary date. Just because you're ok withit doesn't mean, that the majority would want the game to break on a consistent basis.
All this "it needs to be done until X"-nonsense is simply a BS-strategy from big publishers, hence why i've said, that you need to pay publisher-levels of money to demand them to rush an update without caring about its quality.
