Old level not giving prestige badge?

I forgot exactly what level I was on before the progression update. However, I do know that I was confidently above 200. Also, my friends who played and were similar levels (possibly even lower than my level) they all have prestige cards. Was there an event or something that I had to play before the progression update to not only give the legacy plaque, but the custom card and the arm patch on your character? Is there anything I can do about this? :(

Playing one map and restarting the game gave me the prestige. I also lost all my money after that.

Interesting. Yeah I’ve been playing with the new progression system haha
I’m like level 38 I think. I just don’t have the cool stuff that my friends have

The prestige update reseted everyone back to level 0, players who had played before got +1 prestige level for free. Needless to say money was also reset, however it's much easier to buy equipments now and much easier to make money.

Yes, Some special events like halloween will give you badges and cards, but you need to have played and participated in them and done the event quest as well.

I don't remember well, the legacy plaque and the legacy arm badge is only given to those who progressed further beyond level 100. Not sure if they changed ideas and just decided giving it to everyone who actually had the game before the big update.

2nd, losing your old save data could likely be the cause, but if you have screenshots of your previous level and game stats it's possible you can get it back by talking with the devs.

yeah out of all my friends, i played the most and had the highest level out of all of them.

i get on for the first time since they added all this new stuff, (i originally was waiting for the console update to play again, but my friend got a pc lmao,) and my friends get the prestige, but i do not.

wth phas.

all of my stats and such are still there, but i started as a level one with no prestige.

all of the stats are on the games servers, they aren't kept on client machines.

hence why all my stats are still there even though i didn't prestige.

their system is just borked.

edit, i just got it after starting the game back up, but it took all my money i earned when i wasn't prestige and all my equipment lmao.
