Don't like it, go make your own game and then dont fix the bugs.
The door bug isn't a game breaking bug. They could have fixed any number of actual bugs (photo system, anyone?) but instead they fixed a thing that most of the community ENJOYED. I can't even think of anyone that has complained about said bug, from my perspective it seems as though they fixed it because "hurr durr, we make the doors go one way so you have to use them one way", and they seemingly don't like their community to have fun with their game unless it;s the fun that THEY tell you to have.
Duality? No, my friend, you're just proposing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ illogical argument.
I appreciate that you enjoyed the silly novelty of breaking the door, But, It came with a whole host of issues players could cause with or without the intention of doing so; It needed to be fixed, and hasn't been fixed for ages.
So again, The duality. You want things fixed, unless it's something you personally want to play with and then it's woe, what is the developer doing. Why did they fix this and not that, Why aren't they doing what I PERSONALLY want them to focus on and ignoring the things I PERSONALLY want them to ignore.
Zero of which were game breaking as we got sent back to the van when out of bounds after the last time they fixed such issues (except in the case of Point Hope, which was an issue unrelated to doors) and in the case of the front door, a hunt typically still fixed it, and in the rare cases it didn't, it was purely cosmetic as you couldn't leave during a hunt still.
Again, when we STILL have photos being a piss-poor system (So incredibly tired of getting a one star interaction photo that is nothing BUT the ghost), I feel like doors should be much lower on the priority list. It's not about what I personally want to see fixed, it's about priorities. They should prioiritise actual game breaking and mechanic hindering bugs first as opposed to bugs that have zero consequence.
But, who cares, it's obvious they prioritise a console release over actually finishing the game first (Because that's always worked out very well for early access games, hasn't it?), and fanboys such as yourself will always white knight for them.
