worst-case scenario, you might be able to get a refund (depending on how long you've owned it). Good luck with fixing it ♥
First off if you have a 13th or 14th generation intel CPU, update your bios. If that doesn't work, update your GPUs software, or try down clocking the card itself.
If that fails, test your memory with any number of programs, it may be unstable
There's a reason the game is crashing and i can promise it's not because of the game itself with this one in particular. I've experienced all of the above problems before, you're not immune to them.
Faulty 14th gen intel CPU crashing (fixed with bios update), faulty GPU crashing (fixed by down clocking it), bad memory crashing (fixed by correcting the 'overclock' or disabling entirely for some games).
I hope you figure out the problem, and if you don't know how to do the above things find tutorials. Side note, any overclock for any part can cause crashing in some games, try disabling them all if that's your case.
