i cant complete the training

i was doing the training and when i came to the ultraviolet part i got stuck there. i dont know what to do. can anyone help me?

There should be some footprints coming from the door behind you and following a path to the door next to you, follow them with your uv light by turning it on (right click), and afterwards you'll see a hand printed on the last door, then you should be able to open it
