Did you give Blood Moon weather?
The weather is not visible in the custom game.
I have a trophy and an ID card, but no Blood Moon weather.

it is sadly not a custom weather you can set, instead you randomly get the bloodmoon with a low chance on the random weather setting

I have already gotten it once during the weekly challenge, i believe it even gave a higher reward
like in the reward list there was a bloodmoon entry that increased all rewards by a percentage

The blood moon can only be acquired randomly, and has a low chance of occurring.

It increases passive sanity drain and makes the ghost 15% faster, but also gives you 10% of all cash earned as bonus pay.

It's most likely that last bit that makes there not be a setting for it in custom; imagine doing a the meta money farm setup with guaranteed blood moon weather - would be absolutely busted.
