You just say it while holding push to talk (or having open mic). If the Paw recognized the sentence, it will grant the wish by closing a finger or doing some stretching if you already wished for that wish. If it recognized you saying "I wish for..." but the sentence as a whole not being recognized, then it will also do the finger stretching.

Alternatively you can use text recognition, where you simply choose the wish you want to wish for. It's in the option, where for voice recognition you choose text instead of Windows or VOSK. It's used for the Ouija Board and the Spirit Box as well then
