Blood Moon Weather Issues - No Rain or Red Sky

I don't have any issues on my game, but my girlfriend is having issues with there being no red sky or blood rain. She gets regular weather (clear skies, snow, etc.)

Things we've tried:
1. Restarting the game
2. Trying different hosts
3. Verifying integrity of game files

Is anybody else having similar issues? Is there a way to fix this that I don't know of?

My wife had that happen a couple nights ago, we didn't do blood moon last night so I don't know if it is still doing it for her though.
