Trophies and ID Badges Disappeared and devs/support wont help.
When the Blood Moon event started, I had every current seasonal event trophy as well as the ID badges that went with them. I had a travel job so I wasnt on much but I made sure to always get on and complete all the events for the soul purpose of the trophies.well during the event they had another update, and after it was downloaded they all disappeard except for my halloween '22 trophy. obviously distraught, I looked for fixes and found online I could DM the ModMail on the official discord, so I did. they claimed to have no data of me earning the trophies and asked for screenshots of the trophies, and I didnt have any that I could find. they told me they couldnt help. So I scoured the internet for answers and found a subreddit where somebody said something about a similar issue, and sent them the savefile.txt data in their local files, and they fixed it. so I tried the same and they claimed there was nothing there. after opening the savefile.txt myself, it clearly shows completion of the events, yet I'm still getting no results.

idk about modmail or the discord, but did you try contact@kineticgames.co.uk ?
It's their business email on kinetic games' website but perhaps you can find out more information.

Can you share the screenshot of your savefile.txt? If they saw it in there they should've restored your progress.

I know some of the trophies are saved on their server. So when they say there is no record of you having the trophies, it means they checked the server and it said you don't have them. I would try modmail again, and make sure you give the correct steam id.

I did not because the ModMail team said they checked with the devs themselves.

I sent screenshots to ModMail, awaiting to see if they'll help this time.

They definitely had the correct steam ID, I'm not sure why their servers dont have any record of them, cause my local files do. I sent the screenshot of the savefile.txt data to the ModMail, so since they were willing to help with screenshots of the physical trophies in the case, hopefully with screenshots of the data they're willing to help as well. I'll keep the thread updated.
