The events worked really well in previous years etc, why can't we just continue with those. They were fun, engaging, and really felt like you were being rewarded for the effort YOU put in to acheive the rewards. Rather than almost failing to get the final trophy because the community as a whole didn't acheive it.
I liked the general idea of a community event but i feel like we should be able to, as individuals, or a group of friends, have some reward for the efforts we put in, versus a whole "if the community doesn't reach the goal, too bad, your efforts don't count for anything"
I will not be participating in future events if they are like this last one, it was sorely disappointing and certainly will not encourage me to play more to earn the rewards, unlike all of the previous events have done. I have enjoyed playing with multiple groups of friends in those, to complete it with them, i enjoyed playing multiple times then, i did not enjoy playing multiple times in this event.
The devs don't listen to this kind of feedback. You must have noticed this by now.
It should be a good mix between individual scores and communnity scores I think!
This was me and my friend. Sorry, but when we saw the event just boils down to taking more pictures with higher difficulty, we were instantly turned off.
Well, it was quite unsatisfying, that you played 1-2 hours on patch day and after that, there was nothing to do to keep playing on this particular update over any other update. Just because it's not to your liking doesn't mean, that everyone thinks that way.
The features of this event were quite basic, so that's definitely something that needs improvement, but the general occurance of these kind of events being more meaningful past the first day is definitely something that's good to have.
Though having some personal goals that need to be reached should definitely be implemented as well.
People should feel free to give feedback though, since they been trying out different events since the game release. They don't really have preference and been trying many things. I would suggest on discord, since they don't often read these chats.
