Ghost photo vs full album

[DON'T SHOOT!!]

As I am writing I am trying to take a ghost photo of a Hantu on Tanglewood drive while I have a full album. I very clearly took a photo with my Tier 2 camera of the ghost dead centre at suicidal distance during hunt. ( I made sure to photograph it multiple times, just in case it phased between shots).
BUT
i still dont have the objective marked.

Is it possible to take ghost objective picture while the album is full on the new update?

This is an intentional bug fix. Only photos in the journal are supposed to count for anything. That being said, the devs have also stated an intention of allowing you to delete photos from your journal. Once that happens, you won't be limited to having to be perfect for the first 10 photos or bust.

The developers intended for there to be photo deletions in the game by now... however, it appears that they could not get the function to work properly with the current system.

A rework of that system however is confirmed via their official Trello page, which is basically their development cork board in digital form; A link to this Trello can be found in the opening post of the "Join Our Discord" pinned thread on the General Discussions board.

Yeah like the guy below you said, the devs been promising this since like forever. :D

Its apparent that due to the way the game was coded that this is not such a straightforward thing. Oh well what can you do.

Not too big of a problem, just annoying. Still the game is amazing. The only time I bought a game due to a streamer and I do not regret it one moment!

Been preoccupied with my new job lately. And I get all my Phasmo news from INSYM.

Still no big deal. I just now got the courage to even stay long enough to take pictures of hunting ghosts. :D

Yup I saw that stream in particular. Cant say I dont agree with him. Its so tempting to just blast through the photos with 3 cans of salt + bone + cursed item and call it a day. They really need to add delete photo option and reward variety rather than quality of the pictures.

They shouldn't have patched that until after working in deleting photos from the book. With blinking it's one of the more pain in the ass objectives to get. Losing out on a photo and an objective, that's not something I want going on with an experienced team due to sheer dumb luck.
