You can only survive Hunts by causing the Ghost to switch targets, no hiding or breaking LoS allowed.
Challenge is overturned if the Ghost is a Banshee, because good luck getting it to take the bait.
Bring 3 candles in the ghost's room, arrange them in a triangle, light 'em up and put a pickable object from the room in the middle (you should pick something you feel might belong to the ghost). Then light a smudge stick and let it burn out, while another friend is standing next to the ritual triangle, crucifix in hand, saying the ghost's name until the incense if fully burnt.
Rules: Stay inside the building at all times. If you die or leave you are out.

How long can you stay alive?
You have to play as if you're an actual group of people attempting ghost hunting for the first time.
One of you is going to be scared the whole time saying it was a terrible idea and screaming every time a door closes or the light flickers.
One of you is going to be the "nerd" guy who knows how every piece of equipment works (nobody else has a clue how things work).
One is going to be the occult specialist which is the only one who knows about ghost types.
Finally, one is going to be the skeptic guy who keeps finding a reasonable explanation for everything and refuses to acknowledge any kind of supernatural activity.
Each player starts with only a Flashlight and one common identifying equipment from the beginner pack. All players have to choose the same item,and someone needs to identify the ghost room with said item.
Nobody is allowed to leave the building until after the first hunt is done. You have to gather the remaining evidence and as many side objectives as possible with 0% sanity.
Players can only carry one item at a time from that point on.
If someone finds the Ouija board, it must be used and photographed.
