They’re working on Console release right now and it might take them about a year (or 2) to get to it most likely.
Hope I’m wrong.
HOWEVER, there is still one more major update they need to prioritize first as per their roadmap, which is the objectives/rewards overhaul, which has yet to happen. (it is listed as the 0.10 update, but keep in mind that Eventide was so big that it warranted taking that version number instead)
The console update will likely be launched alongside the Halloween event instead of having a major update attached, but as someone said, they want to get it finished in the next couple of months so it's getting development priority right now.
But a general rule of thumb is that graphical polish is usually this low on the priority list when it comes to game development... even in Early Access. Once all the gameplay related additions are implemented, they will shift their focus to that.
