Where did you find that info?
Sure updates are glacially slow, but it’s pretty easy to see what’s currently being worked on. You aren’t entitled to news on more frequent basis nor are you even really entitled to updates in general. Ever read what Early Access entails?
In other words: they are trying to focus more on the quality of updates... to the best of their ability at least... with what little I know of developer versions there tends to be minute differences between it and the live builds that can cause unforeseen issues, to which they have to fix after the fact.
However... given we are halfway into the year and we have yet to get Version 0.10 started... in addition to the specific use of the phrase "...and beyond" to describe the roadmap year, and also the lack of any estimated release windows... I think it's a safe bet that this is a multi-year roadmap we've been given here in 2024; it is allowed to bleed into later years, while still showing their overall priority in regards to the main version updates.
