Does ultraviolet light help ghost to see the player?
I understand that tier 1 UV does not count as electronic therefore will not give up your location to ghost nearby. However, if I hide behind furniture (not in shelter) and ghost enters the room, will the light from UV give up my location or ghost doesn't consider it.

As far as I am aware the light alone won’t do that. If you want to be 100% sure you can always drop it after hiding.

level 1 UV won't give up your location

Light in general will not make you visible. There could be a flashlight on the ground flickering, lighting you up, the ghost would not care.
They don't see like we do, basically. So no worries.

You can see now in the new shop which equipments are electronic and get you detected and which aren't. T1 UV isn't electronic

Light in of itself will not attract the ghost. It's only the state of holding an active electronic in your hand that attracts it (ignoring voice and sight). That's why you can hold stuff like T2/T3 DOTS or the sensors in your hands without it attracting the ghost, since they're only active when placed.
