I'm pretty sure that when a new ghost came out, the chances of getting that ghost were increased. But then lowered again after a while so all were equal again.
If I flip a coin 20 times and get heads 15 times should I petition god for a fix to probability so it’s a perfect 10/10 split?
just like how spotify's shuffle isnt a true random shuffle they could add some code to prevent you from getting the same ghost more than 2 times in a row
The game has the same odds for each ghost to appear, to which you can then consider the random selection method as if you are rolling some dice - it's not too uncommon to see oneself potentially roll the same result several times in a row, and it should thus be considered normal behavior if/when it occurs.
