For the spirit box, a positive response will be some sort of radio message. You will get some sort of reply that fits with your question ("Where are you" will result in some form of distance related answer) except in 1 case where it can be heavy breathing. The ghost is constantly listening to you, and saying something like "Give us a sign" can cause the ghost to do something like throwing an object. This is not something specific to the spirit box. Spirit box responses will always be something verbal coming out of the box itself.
The motion sensor is best placed in locations the ghost would have to walk through, like in a door way.
Ghost orbs are glowing orbs that can only be seen through a camera. Be careful, as sometimes things like snow particles can appear inside and can be confused with ghost orbs if you don't know what you are looking for.
While you didn't mention it, the tier 1 EMF reader can occasionally spike to 5. However, it only counts as evidence if the bar goes all the way to the right and stays there for a time. Just briefly touching the 5 does not count. (Also, make sure it is a valid reading - ones gotten during a hunt do not count). The board in the truck has some random modifiers built in, and isn't a guaranteed way to see an EMF rating of 5.
Cold temperatures also confuse some people as well. Seeing your breath does not count as evidence. The thermometer needs to read below 0 in order for it count.
Does this count though? Like what if you really dont see writing and the pen is gone? So anytime the pen is gone does that mean there WAS writing?
in any other case a missing pen means the ghost has written, even if you cant see writing in the book
btw if the ghost ever throws your ghost writing book instead of writing in it, it cant write at all
