What you use to connect yout headets and PC? (ALVR, Virtual Desktop, Oculus app etc)

Here's a pro tip that worked for me. Run the game in flat mode first and tell the game to run in windowed mode at 640x480 resolution. Then quit and start the game in VR again.

I think the reason why it lags is because it has some kind of spectator monitor view that's on by default, so it's rendering the game for a third time (it's rendering twice, one for each eye) for the monitor's view. What Unity games USUALLY do is that when a spectator camera option in the game is off, it just takes the existing render of one of the eyes and displays that on the monitor, which takes no performance hit. You'll notice sometimes it's like zoomed in on the monitor and usually it's always the left eye that's shown. But for some reason, Phasmophobia probably has that feature on with no way to turn it off, and so since it's enabled the game is rendering three different times instead of just two.

same as me.
my pc:
5800X
32gb ram
3070
Quest 3
Wi-Fi 6E @ 2400mbps

The VR mode is almost unplayable, with either graphical glitches or brief disconnections.
Directly connecting to Steam VR mode or using Virtual Desktop both result in the same unplayable experience.
Please fix this bug quickly!
