Phsamophobia has no sound while using Discord

Me and a firend have quite sometime playing phasmo and talk on discord while in-game, recently when my friend enters the game the sound is alright, the problem is that when we are in call on the discord app, his game sound stops working, this only happens when we are using discord so while we are just using game voice chat everything goes as it has to, jus wanted to know if anyone have the same problem and if knows how to solve it, we've already tried to reset discord, the pc, the game options, etc.

Does it only happen with Phasmo? I was thinking maybe a discord setting (idk discord that much). An option labeled something like “lower game audio while on call” or something. If it’s only Phasmo that it happens with, then you’ve already said you tried everything I’d recommend. Sometimes games will launch for me with no audio. Sometimes restarting the game works and sometimes I have to restart the computer, both of which you said was tried.

We tried changing discord sound options on the game but it didn't work, both of us restarted the game and even the PCs but nope, we couldn't fix it, we don't know much about discord too but we hoped that with the "reset voice and audio settings" option we could fix the problem but nothing, we will try some stuff later and publish here how to fix it in case other players have the same problem.
