my solution to frame drops/ sudden stutters on big maps

i love this game. but it was really annoying when i got fps drops from 100fps to 20/10fps when opening doors, turning on lights etc. Here is my solution to the FPS drop. Now I play with no stutters/fps drops on asylum/prison/high school! <3

1. Texture resolution set to "half" instead of "full". I didnt notice much changes in the visual details, but the ram utilization goes down a lot and the FPS stably is locked at 60fps (with vsync on, no more fps drops!!!)

2. shadow resolution set to LOW. This also helps me stabilize my FPS.

Other graphic settings I have are the ultra.

My pc specs:

ryzen 2600 @ 3.9GHZ, MSI RX580 4GB, 24gb ram.

also remember to turn on Vsync so your fps is cap at 60. assuming you have a 60hz refresh rate monitor

the resolution i pick is 1080p. If i go with 1440p its also stable 60fps.
