DOTS-photos are considered ghost photos, so taking a phantom photo that way will cause it to vanish and not be shown in the photo while still counting it as a ghost photo.

Yes DOTS photos of phantoms still count as ghost photos. The DOTS form will disappear if photographed if it is a phantom in the same manner as any other normal phantom ghost photo.

Since DOTS photos now count as ghost photos, Phantoms doing DOTS should still disappear when you take its picture (and still count for the photo).

Well, right now I have a photo of a ghost in my lobby which clearly shows a DOTS-like ghost silhouette. It was a phantom

Some months ago I had an issue there a Demon would constantly hunt in a house while everyone is outside. Feels like sometimes things dont work the they they need to work

If the photo was not labeled as a “ghost” photo the phantom won’t disappear. It’s more likely that it captured an interaction instead so the silhouette remained.

Believe it or not, bugs can still happen. Especially in games labeled as early access that still have heavy development in the works.

Was it a starred ghost photo or did the camera lock on to something else? If I remember correctly, there was a bug where camera won't make the Phantom disappear if it prioritizes a picture of something else in front of it.
