i play with four people on challenge mode in Grafton farmhouse, we barely get any evidence and when the ghost hunts it kills 3 of the 4 team members

Make sure you're turning off flashlights and other tools when you are hiding from the ghost, it can detect you if you have active electronics in your hand while it's hunting. Stay in the light to keep your sanity from going down too much and use the sanity medicine if it gets low. Most of the ghosts can start hunting at 50 sanity but there are a few that can hunt earlier.

no evidence is a tricky one to deal with if you're not ready for it. In most cases, you're going to be forcing hunts to get information - such as the base speed of the ghost... so knowing how to loop properly is going to be pretty much mandatory.
