It doesn't matter, what we think. The devs had removed it, because it didn't meet their quality standard, so there's not really any way that we'll see it ever again as a standard map.

Someone else brought this up a week or so ago, and I still have the same opinion: the old Asylum wasn't removed from the game for being too hard. It was removed because it was boring. It was too big, too bland, your matches there would basically just be snorefests unless you found the ghost early on. It went away for good reasons.

I think asking for removed content to be readded as a paid DLC is about as anti-consumer as you can get and should feel ashamed for asking for such a thing.

I support this, i don't know why everyone has such an issue with it, its legit a straight shot left or right on either floor....

that's the problem with it - those "straight shots" have zero line of sight blockers to stop a hunting ghost from just charging you down, and no clear indicators as to where you actually are while inside, which made leaving incredibly difficult.

It got reworked... it's not coming back, and I'm happy it's gone.
