[Bug] - Menu buttons work unless I alt tab back and forth or restart the game

I have this strange bug that happens sometimes as soon as I launch the game, and sometimes after I've been playing for even half an hour. Usually it happens when I come out of a game and into the debriefing menu. I can't click any of the buttons (e.g. Skip or Next) and a mouse click anywhere on the screen acts as if I have click the side arrow on the left and takes me to the level select menu. The only way I've found to get around this is to keep alt-tabbing until it will let me click the button, I then have to keep alt-tabbing again until I can click the next button, and so forth. The issue sometimes goes away if I reboot the game but sometimes it just happens instantly again after a reboot. I've tried changing my resolution, changing from windowed mode to full-screen and clicking all over the screen to see if any of the buttons highlight, but no luck. No one else I play with seems to experience this issue. Anyone have an idea of what might be causing it? I usually play with 5120 x 1440 @ 120hz fullscreen, but recently been playing windowed at 2560 x 1440 @ 120.

Similar issue here, but clicking arrows switches me to the map select page instead of the intended page. For me, it happens about 25% of the time and going back and re-clicking always works.
