I get this, too, from time to time.
All kidding aside, it's really annoying and ruins the game mechanics when ghost photos don't work reliably. At times I even took 5 photos of a ghost, all of which didn't count and I therefore couldn't fulfill the optinale objectives and achieve a perfect game.
No further comment.
It's either that, or he was trying to take a picture during the hunt and it resulted in getting pictures that did not have the Ghost flickering in a manner that matches up to the Server.
This isn't a Peer to Peer server connection, so even the Host will have this issue.
Solo match.
First 2 pictures at the top were ghost events, only the last one was a hunt. Also it was an offline game.
