footstep photos weekly task

I've taken at least a dozen 3 star footstep photos but they aren't counting on the weekly task, anyone else having this issue?

After stepping on a salt ghost will leave footsteps which can be seen under UV light. You should shoot them instead of the salt pile.

Make sure you're taking a photo of the UV footprints and not just the salt pile.

Yep, don't take photos of the salt - that doesn't count. You really need to see the actual footstep with an UV light and take a picture of that

I feel slightly stupid for reporting this as a 'bug' (now deleted) but in my defence, the wording can be a little confusing.
FingerPRINTS are detected with a UV light but it's footsteps instead of footPRINTS, strange.
If the loadout system didn't already have me confused, this has :)

Luckily they're planning on changing both to just be "ultraviolet" so there should hopefully be no more confusion.

It's one of many changes I'm looking forward to when they're released. What I've seen so far of the new equipment look like exciting developments.
For now though, it's back on the levelling grind before reset, I want a better badge :)

The corkboard should have some "Actual UV footsteps from the ghost!" photos to progress.
