Unable to hide in new Challenge: Hide n Seek Extreme

I know that the whole point of this challenge is that its not easy to hide, but myself and my friend go into official hiding spots and the ghost ALWAYS finds us. We tried completely turning off our mics, always made sure to turn off all equipment we were holding (even tried dropping everything instead), tried every single hiding spot in the map (barrels, all small tents, all big tents, cooler stack, bathroom, etc), would not move an inch or interact with anything, but the ghost would always beeline straight to us and kill us, no hesitation. We would be hiding WELL before the hunt started too and the ghost still would find us every time. It was never a Deo.

We also had a few games where we died and then one of us got stuck on the Loading screen while the other got stuck in the afterlife realm all alone, and either one or both of us had to quit the game to be able to play again.

Anyone else experiencing the same issues? Any ideas on how to fix?

the loading screen glitch is a known issue. As far as hiding spots, bathrooms stalls work great..lol

The hiding for this one is harder since the ghost has a VERY short grace period when it hunts, and if it sees or hears you at all, it'll check out where you were. If playing with multiple people, try not to all head to the same hiding spots, that's an easy way to quick wipe XD Luckily, dying doesn't really matter, so if it happens, no big deal. The best layout is when you have the hiding spot to the right of the entrance, and the crates straight in front next to the 2 tents...send someone to each, and you have ears around the whole map.

That, of course, is just luck of the draw though.
