Nah, it's the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ developers who broke their game with the Ascension update. I haven't been able to get past "initializing" either. It's been over 2 weeks.

I have had the same problem. Though I've gotten past initializing sometimes to crashing instantly on home screen instead. Used to be able to play this game but not anymore :/

Use VPN, after successful initialization it can be disabled and played.
This will have to be done with each new entry into the game.

Yeah man it's crazy how they have fixed so many bugs in the past 2 weeks but not this one

Someone the other day fix their issue by changing their internet network protocols which is the DNS address from 8.8.8.8 / 1.1.1.1 to 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 or 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1

This is a fix for some users not everyone may have the same troubleshooting methods to fixing their issue. The way I solved my issue was by renewing my network and cleaning temp files. However, I do not recommend attempting changes if you are not computer literate.

In the phas discord they have a tech-support channel, click the first post titled Read Me: Tech Support, scroll down a bit and it will show you different things you can try to hopefully fix your Initalzing issues :)

hello my friends when running the game it gets stuck in the initializing section of the game and it wont run anymore. what should i do ? tank you for your help

i have the same problem but when i launch the game from Geforce experience it works

i dunno why or how it fix's the bug but it works

and dear dev's please fix this annoying bug. tnx


also sometimes when i start the game offline it also works.
