No badge/starting at prestige 1?

Hello,

I saw the big phasmo update and decided to come back to the game. I read over the update and saw as a older player you would get to pick a badge and start with all the locations unlocked. However when I started up the game I wasn't given this option and found that the hunt locations were locked for me. So I was wondering what I might have to do to fix this.

I also know some of the badge options were tied to your level and I was between 50-100 if that matters at all.

I'm in the same boat - reset me to level 1 but a friend, with less hours, has prestige. Any help??

I just had to restart the game and it picked up my level correctly!

same boat here too and when i played 1 game with friends during the new update after the game made me get a badge and now its reset when i was lvl 500+

before update i was lvl 500 and after the update i had no prestige and it said i still had my money

Hmm weird it should've shown you as P1 already of you were in that range of lvl

they especially reset your lvl

im lvl 185 before and after getting back into the game im playing like im new no prestiege no badge
