Game quality sucks and not in full screen

All of my settings are correct. Why does the game look like it was made in 2005?

What do you mean? If it's the shimmering/jaggies, assuming nothing's wrong with your setup, it's probably because it has no real anti aliasing except ancient MSAA that doesn't do anything. That's just how the game looks.

nah it's a square resolution with black bars on the sides. It's definitely not my setup I promise you. Never got this problem until the update came out.
