always losing equipment...

hi, we are 4 friend playing this game since few days and only amateur mode (easiest mode).
I read that equipement goes back to truck but...
We are always losing any item we are using ingame.
Example : We started with 6 cameras... We finish the game without deaths.. and we see only 2 cameras in our inventory when mission finished....
We start with a thermometer, and then it disappears when mission finished :(
any explanation ?

did you bring the items back to the truck, or did you just abandon them in the house?

Does not matter at all.

As long as the players are alive, their equipment is automatically returned to the inventory.

not always. i have brought this up many times in the bugs section of their discord and the mods there delete the report even when i can recreate it intentionally and i play on professional or higher.

if i join a random lobby and i supply all of the equipment and someone else dies, i still lose my stuff even when i guess the right ghost and live and leave. this problem also occurs when multiple people die. the game still treats it as if i were the one to die, or if multiple people die then i lose load outs equivalent to each persons death. i have been spending the last 2 weeks trying to get 60 of every item again so i can give them a detailed log of what is happening.

i was even losing items i wasn't supplying because they're never used by anyone so there's no point bringing them in. such as tripods and microphones, of which i had 75 tripods at one point in time and then suddenly after maybe 4 or 5 games i had 0 of them. no explanation. just vanished.

i only play this game just under 3 hours a day and even on professional i don't make enough to reclaim even 1 of everything the game has to offer after the weekly challenge has been done.

it's at the point i don't even supply equipment anymore. i'll just find a new lobby if none is provided by the host.

You could start doing the weekly challenges worth 3k.
I have yet to hurt for money in this game just doing weekly 3k challenges.

I never bring equipment back and have never lost an item either.

ok, so most of the items looks to back to users inventory but we are sure to lose some (especially camera...)
