How does the level banner work?

So if I want,
Color: Gold,
Background: Bones,
Symbol: Cross

I'll need to be level 3,890?

It looks as though those are just unlocked at that level. In the examples they provide you can see that being the case with the second example.

For what you want you'll just need 3,000 for the cross accent.

Yeah, from what I understand you don't get access to accents, unless you reached lvl 1000+. I'm lvl 200 in-game, so I'll only get all of the colors and 2 extra backgrounds.

Yes, the levels shown tell you, when they get unlocked. You don't need to pay for everything individually.

Probably only some minor changes though, because now people will start to grind for stuff and i doubt, that they're changing too many things.
