Banshee spawn rate

Are Banshees' spawn rates set to very low? My friends and I have been playing a ton over the past few months and we have yet to get one Banshee but we get Demons all the time; So much so that we got three Demons in a row.

Has anyone else had this issue?

just how RNG is, only time a ghost is ever more apt to appear, is when the devs release a new one and up the rates.

it's completely random. Sometimes game gives you the same ghost 3 times in a roll.

Banshee has the same chance as every other ghost, 1/24. The odds continually get lower with each new ghost added which doesn't help, or if the devs actively manipulate the odds (such as doubling the spawn rate on new ghosts to help allow players to figure out how they function).
