Both methods are listed above.
Other than that, it is likely a settings issue.
Resources are used based on how settings tell them to be used.
I've noticed that at the beginning of each map, there's a stutter that fades away later, but it's really annoying.
Yea, that's it. Less than half a second stutters. Happens a lot more at the start of a game, but still keeps happening after it. I've always had this problem before, when I played with a 1050ti, so I just assumed it was my hardware not handling it well. But it still happens even with a 3060. Game is running on over 200 frames most of the time with all video settings maxed out, then the fps just drops drastically when the stutters happen. Gonna try lowering each setting individually and testing if it stops.
I had mine set to quality, and moved it a little over towards performance.
Settings can fix a lot
I found something out that might really help you. My girlfriend also experiences this issue very severely while gaming. For me, it was less pronounced and I just accepted it. However, I found out that she had enabled the Game Mode in Windows, which is enabled by default. When I disabled the Game Mode, the micro stutters were almost gone, so significantly better. It was the same for me; it's almost smooth now.
The Game Mode might indeed have a positive effect in some games, but I had read here and there that it can also lead to issues. It might be worth giving it a try.
