Best settings for optimisation? 2060 RTX and its like a plane taking off

Before the update it was fine, now it heats so hard lol

yeah same, i used to get 140 fps on high settings with a 1070 ti and an i5-8400

now i struggle to get 100 fps on certain weathers with a 3060 ti and an i5-12600kf

it's probably just game optimisation problem
