Sound Sensors
So, today I was playing with friends on Grafton on challenge mode, I placed a sound sensor in the living room, Foyer, Kitchen and Dining Room. Each of us got different results on the sensor readings. This bug might be overlooked, please check into it.

you sure the ghost wasn't just simply roaming about?

Honestly iv had 0 luck trying out the sound sensors. Place 2 on different floors... turn their radius into giant ones to see which floor has the most activity just to get a basic sense of how they work.... most active sensor is on a different floor than the ghost room. Seems to be like that for half the time for me unless there's a trick with them I'm not understanding.

I want to get these things working to do some of the larger maps so i don't just sit here farming for the T3 EMF but its just a coin flip to whether it points in the right direction or not *shrugs*

*edit* doing the tests on willow, bleasdale and grafton so the large circle covers the majority of the floor you know. Thinking it should at least be able to do that much.

I'm going to add to this subject with a serious accusations of the games desyncing hard for players now. A friend of mine was unable to see all the cameras, showing only 2 while I had access to 3, and also whenever either one of us changed nightvision, it was the opposite setting for the other person.
"Why'd you turn off the nightvision?"
"No you turned it off, I turned it back on"
and so forth.

The game shows completely different things to players for us so I totally believe it when someone says they get different readings on the mics as well. Since the game relies on communication and relaying bits of information the game's borked as it is, not so severely that you can't complete it, but just a single desync issue in a game can cause such confusion that it's not even funny.

Yeah today we were checking a house w/ sound sensors, and different places were lighting up for us (as in I'd see upstairs hallway, but somebody else would see kitchen) - but zero activity on the total activity monitor. At one point I head a kind of popping/squeaking in the van, like old houses make. My guess is that ambient noises trigger the sound sensors, and that the ambient noises aren't sync'd across multiple clients.

yeah after using them for the last month I can confirm that is 100% happening... and might even be intentional.

Shame you got to be right up against the monitor to hear anything significant... hopefully they can up the hearing range to cover the entire truck
