already seeing prestige 2 people

so far I've seen 2 people already at prestige 2+ in my time of playing. one was a day after the update (just prestige 2) and the other was yesterday. my question is how the hell do you get prestige IV level 92 in 4 days????|| edit: when I made this discussion I didnt realize that speedrunning was a thing. I went to the phas discord and looked through the screenshots to see twitch speedrunners are already at prestige 17. and they stream them getting all of the prestiges so it isnt cheating either. the staff also said anyone above 17 is definitely cheating.

The amount of XP per level increases, so yeah, the first 20 levels would be easy.

See the video link above your post ;) Using his trick, you can easily hit 100 in a few hours if you consistently get the ghost and survive. It slows down during the last 10 or so levels, but you still basically get 1 level per hunt. It just gets old after a little bit.

it is, with insyms guide get you nearly 4k each run
now let me say 90% of those runs are successfull and you dont get that often bambuzzled by a mimic. each round only needs like 30 seconds up to 2 minutes. now take a person which has nothing better to do then doing this all day long. he would have relatively quick in one day atleast prestige 3 or 4. now leme say he continues this (since a limit of "withing 4 days?" got given here)

It is not possible. Even if you guess over and over again, you'll be wrong sometimes, and that's wasted time. took my friend and I the entire day to get to level 100 doing the most efficient methods. Some of them you just cannot guess.

Anyone over prestige 5 right now is cheating.

The reason why there already at prestige 20 is because they spent multiple days awake for 24 hours straight, take a 6 hour nap and back to 24 hours.

I could easily be at 20 (at worst 10) as well if I had multiple 24 hour days on my schedule but I only have a mere 2 hours.

It takes about 9-10 hours of good guessing to prestige with 3-5k xp per right ghost. At worst 500xp.

My friend is now 20 Prestige.
He started the grind from the first minute the update came out.
24/7 no sleep at all. He crashed for 2 - 4 hours, but got back up playing.
Even took his laptop to the bathroom.

He is playing custom with around 14x and guessing 100% correct with a challenge or two completed along the way.
I do not see the logic in gaining high level and prestige.
If you hit prestige 21, your file automatically corrupts itself.
(No joke, I have evidence of this).
I don't see the point of being mad about people who have a legit level that everyone can get.

With that said, why does it matter?

Getting to 20 Prestige legit or cheating is no different.
Only difference is one worked hard for it and the other took the easy road.
No bragging rights. Even if you think their are bragging rights, it makes you look more like a loser achieving a high rank in a video game than actually being productive in the worlds.
(Side Note: I do not mean for that to sound mean or hurtful at all. Just pointing out facts.)

If these hackers are putting anti-kick on in other players lobbies, causing havoc in games, or even corrupting peoples files, then so be it. Ban away.

But to be made over something stupid like that, it shows how pathetic your life truly is.

In my personal opinion, a game like this is Co-op. NOT PVP. NOT RANK.
I do not see the Devs logic with having levels and prestige.
They should have it set to only Money and a promotion system.
Promotion system will come with challenges that you must complete to earn special titles that do absolutely nothing for you.
Money will be use to unlock / but items, houses, missions, events, customization, and so on.

But that is my personal opinion.
Have at it chaps.

Stop playing on custom difficulties that are easier than Normal difficulty, and you'll earn more than 50 xp a match.

With a 15x score multiplier (the highest it goes) and playing on Sunny Meadows, you can earn over 6,000 xp a game. Most experienced players can tell the ghost type off 1-3 hunts, and with 0 starting sanity (one of the 15x score requirements), the hunts will occur very quickly and often back to back, thus finishing their investigation within minutes.

(But due to how big the map is, it's easier to do this on Camp Woodwind. The score multiplier is less for the small map size, but you can usually see/find the ghost during a hunt within seconds, making it overall more xp/hour. Was just using Sunny Meadows as an example.)

You can't guess 100% correct with the amount of debuffs from high multipliers, Insym even said it himself. Dude's the best phasmo player and still doesn't guess 100% correct.
