is ghost box broken.. again?

I've just played 4 or 5 games with my friends and haven't heard a single ghost box response.

I've been having the same issue, apparent the red light appears when the ghost has understood the question you've asked but getting a response is hard

It's taken me quite awhile to get a spirit box response at times, especially with the tier I box. As long as the game is lighting up the little ghost light red (to recognize that you asked a question and it heard it), you are likely just getting unlucky. If the game isn't lighting up the light, then it did not recognize you asked it a question.

Tier I spirit box also has a very small range and low response chance, so getting a response in somewhat larger rooms is a huge pain (looking at you, Bleasdale upstairs hallway ghosts for weekly challenge).

T1 box has a very short range so you have to be nearly on top of the ghost to have a small chance of getting a response. Move and use it around the ghost room.

Also make sure the lights are off if they aren't already

The spirit box seems to only work in the dark and alone in the ghost room. That is where I get most success.

yep, lights were off, doors were closed, and I was alone. I got 0 interactions in the 4 hours I played, which is odd because spirit box was one of the most active tools imo.

T1 Spirit box is really bad. I can get a response, but it takes a lot of tries to get. T2 and T3 should be way better.

The T1 Spirit box is pure frustration, but I see consistency with T2.

Adding in the T3 box is great, never had to use it more than a couple times to get a response, but yeah, T1 is just bad due to the range and frequency of it working. T2 also works good as other have said

With the T1, you've gotta be running through halls, screaming "WHERE ARE YOU? HOW OLD ARE YOU? WHY ARE YOU HERE? WHERE ARE YOU?" like some kind of jackass.

Use motion sensors to help you know where to use it, not a big range with not a very large chance of interaction with the tier 1 box
