Level and statistics are deleted...

My 1350+ level got reset to 1.
No achievements (color/background/etc) for badge either
At Player Statistics everything went back to 0 too
I'm so sad and mad rn. I played Phasmo since Early Access....

Does anyone know how to fix it? I reported it on Discord too, but maybe someone know a quick solution for that problem

i mean... it's only numbers. don't matter that much. there's absolutely no reason to be frustraded. unless you were counting the basketball points like a pro NBA player, then you'd be cuz that got reset as well. i had more points than lebron james... and look at my face... i'm 5.9'

Unfortunately, it's not just numbers. You gain the rewards and unlock locations and difficulties. And well - I was also a bit proud of my stats and my level. If you have a 1 on your badge, then everyone thinks you're a noob. But luckily the team was able to restore everything and yes - even my basketball count is back - 666 rules again :D

I personally like the update bc I cheated a bit mainly because I was lvl 6 and didn’t have all maps and now I do but this just sounds like a glitch to me. I’ve seen YouTubers with lvl 500 and they got badge customizeations.

I lost all my previous levels as well, gave me a level 1 prestige badge, might not have been very high level but was way more than level 1.

As far as i know everyone is set to prestige 1. Even Insym with 16661 Level was set to prestige 1. The level reset for itsself was planned for the update. so everything seems fine for you when you got soreted at prestige 1. At Badge costumaziation you should see your old level. From then on you start with Prestige 1, Level 1.

Best of luck in resolving your issue. One of my friends had a similar issue and they also reported it (they were over level 1000 and got reset to level 1, with no prestige level).

Thanks :) The Phas,p team was anle to restore everything and now i can enjpy the game. Any news about your friend's problem, or still waiting for a solution?
