Legacy Badge

Is it broken? When i launched my game i had legacy Badge at lvl 1 and no options for customization. but a friend of mine that had the same lvl as me had a badge at lvl 131 and alot of customization options??

Same thing just happened to me, first time I start the game after the update and no customization options....

join the phasmo discord, @modmail, tell them your legacy customization wont let you do anything, be ready to give them this file %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games\Phasmophobia\Player.log and maybe a screen shot and theyll set you up

i make my badge but i don't receive it in game ! i can't wear it ..

Didn't receive legacy badge, everything is locked and level is 1. Not active on discord and they have a three-day waiting period to join anyway.

EDIT: On second startup the legacy customizations are there, but with nothing to select and no preview of the final badge.

theres not a 3 day waiting period, i had this problem today, searched phasmo in the browse discord servers and was immediately accepted. Once in you message the bot @modmail and it will send whatever you post to a mod, i had my issue handled in like 5 minutes, same problem as you

Edit: your milage may very tho as its latenight and ppl might not be available to help you atm

You're not the only one. My fiance was a higher level than I was before this update (and I was only level 516 I think pre-update) and his Legacy level was reset to level 1 with no customization options. So now he looks like an absolute noob with a Level 1 band on his arm when he definitely had more levels and play time then THAT.

It's weird for me too, the accents section is showing blank on my end. Maybe wait a couple of days for a fix.

i see it nowhere, i've just an yellow card in personalisation, but not my level 234 cyan badge that i choose after the update

you can't see it. your teammates can see it if they check your left arm. idk why the devs thought its a good idea that you cant see your own badge but the devs did it like this.

Same here, was around level 89 as far as I remember and badge is just 1 now

Just want to check for any one that's contacted the Discord ModMail. It safe for me to just click save on the Badge Customization screen? or have people need told to hold off on that until they get to you to fix it. (Just want to see if I'm good to start playing or if I should wait)

i personally held off clicking save until i got help from the modmail guys
