Turning flashlight on/off doesn't always work.

When you have your flashlight in you inventory you can switch it on/off by pressing 'F'.
But when you hold it in your hand and press 'F' you will hear the click but the flashlight stays on. At that point you can only turn it off with right mouse button. Can they fix this issue?
